Advancing People are representing an ambitious specialist IT and Financial Services recruitment firm, part of a large multi - disciplinary group of companies who are looking for a proven Team Leader and Account Manager to be based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

Part of my clients business already deals with clients such as HBOS, Royal Bank of Scotland and Allied Dunbar offering project support for cost savings and efficiencies. The recruitment side of their business perfectly complements this and as an employee you have the benefit of these existing relationships - managing these relationships will be key. Clearly, there will always be the need to develop new business also and contacts within the Financial Services sector are highly beneficial.

Both roles will offer the opportunity to work in a positive and driven environment where people are actively encouraged and given support to succeed in what they do and most importantly are treated like adults, without onerous KPI's etc... They key difference in the role is exposure to managing a team for the Team Leader role but my client is looking for proven big billers for both roles - either from IT, Financial Services or Accounting Recruitment backgrounds. Ideally as a recruiter you will be billing fees in excess of £150k in these market sectors.

The package will include a generous basic salary, car allowance, performance related bonus AND further OTE which could exceed six figures.
