The successful Commercial Account Handler will have experience within an Account Handling or similar Broking role within Commercial Insurance with a varied range of premium sizes and you will provide a technical, competent and efficient service to all.
Directly supporting the Account and Development Executives with growing and maintaining their books of business, you will be able to prepare clear and accurate broking presentations, negotiate renewal terms with insurers and deal with the smaller premium business internally.
Ensuring that all additional, yet no unnecessary covers are included, you will be comfortable in processing renewal documentation, liaising with all team members and 3rd parties, handle endorsements for midterm adjustments and prepare accurate account management, invoicing and administration.
To be successful in the role of Commercial Account Handler it is expected you will have 5 years Commercial Broking experience and have a good knowledge of business requirements, particularly around Stockport, South Manchester and Cheshire.
Progress towards CII qualification will be considered an advantage, as will the knowledge of Acturis and a full, clean driving licence. Our client encourages and supports CII study and qualification.
